CP's ₹500 tier runs on street food and circles, not menus — Kake Da Hotel's kebab rolls are ₹350 for two, Prabhu Chaat Bhandar's ₹200, and Central Park plus Janpath market cost nothing but time. ₹1,500 buys a proper sit-down: Naivedyam's thali is ₹1,200, CP Social ₹1,500. At ₹2,500+, CP's colonial classics show up — Wenger's, United Coffee House, and Farzi Cafe all sit ₹2,200–2,500 for two, plus Kitty Su at ₹3,000 if the night's meant to end in a club.

If the plan needs an activity slot instead of a third meal, CP has real options priced by the person: the Museum of Illusions is ₹649, the Escape Room Delhi ₹600, and the Hidden Hour's speakeasy-style evening ₹800 — all cheaper than a single Kitty Su entry. The Irish House, closer to Nehru Place than the inner circle but tagged to this zone, runs ₹2,000 for two if the plan wants a pub instead of a club.

One honest gap: CP has more cafes than any other Plankro zone — 60-plus and counting — and most of the newer block-by-block ones don't have a listed price yet. Don't read a blank tier-2 cafe here as a ₹600 promise; it's a placeholder until someone verifies it.

CP runs on office hours as much as date hours — weekday evenings from 6 PM catch the after-work crowd heading into Central Park and the inner-circle bars, while weekends belong to Janpath's shoppers and families at the movies. The market side starts shutting by 8–9 PM; the restaurant and bar side is just getting going then. Palika Bazaar, the underground market beneath Connaught Circus, keeps its own separate and earlier hours — it's a daytime browsing stop, not an evening one. Republic Day and Independence Day week, expect barricades and diversions near the inner circle — CP sits close enough to Rajpath that security tightens for days around both.

The circular block layout is the actual hazard — Block M and Block N look identical from a rickshaw, and even Delhi natives give the wrong block to a delivery driver. Parking is expensive and full by evening; Rajiv Chowk metro, sitting directly under CP on both the Yellow and Blue lines, is the sane way in after 6 PM. Inner-circle noise carries — if the plan is a quiet conversation, the ground floor won't give you one; go up a floor or pick a rooftop instead. CP is also genuinely two zones stacked on top of each other, block arcades and inner circle by day, restaurant row by night, so a plan that starts at 5 PM and ends at 11 PM will feel like it moved cities even though nobody drove anywhere.
