Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Plankro ("Service", "we", or "us") at plankro.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Plankro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Services Offered

Plankro provides date planning itineraries across Delhi NCR:

• Free planning: Plankro date plans are free, with shareable partner links, WhatsApp invitations, surprise mode and WhatsApp help if a plan falls through. You pay venues directly for food, tickets and travel.
• Earlier Plankro Pro subscriptions: Plankro no longer sells subscriptions. Existing subscriptions keep their access until the end of the current billing period and do not renew.

3. Recommendations Disclaimer

Itineraries, estimated costs, and venue recommendations on Plankro are provided for informational and planning purposes. While we strive to maintain accurate data, venue operating hours, seating availability, pricing, and third-party policies remain subject to individual restaurant and cafe management. Plankro is not liable for third-party venue closures or schedule changes.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on Plankro are in Indian Rupees (INR). Plankro does not currently sell any paid plan. Earlier Plankro Pro subscriptions were billed through Razorpay. For billing questions, email support@plankro.com.

5. Intellectual Property

The Plankro brand, logo, domain, design assets, and itinerary data are the exclusive property of Plankro and its licensors. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Contact
